Good to know
What is brown butter?
Butter cooked slowly until the milk solids toast and turn golden. It tastes nutty, a little like toffee, and it’s the base of every cookie on the menu.
When can I order?
Pre-orders open Monday and close Wednesday at midnight. Everything is baked for Friday pickup or delivery. Batches are small and they sell out, so earlier in the week is better.
How do I pay?
Zelle, Venmo or cash at pickup or delivery. I’ll send your total when I confirm the order.
Is the gluten-free cookie safe for celiac?
No. It’s made with gluten-free flour, but I bake in a home kitchen that also uses regular flour, so I can’t promise zero cross-contact. I don’t recommend it for anyone with celiac disease.
Does the menu change?
Yes. The menu rotates, so check back each week.
Can I change or cancel?
Let me know at least 24 hours before your pickup day. After that the dough is usually already made.
Where do I pick up?
Myakka Valley Ranches in Sarasota. I’ll send the exact address and a pickup window when I confirm.
Do you deliver?
Yes, free, inside Myakka Valley Ranches only. Everyone else picks up from my porch in the neighborhood.
